Haywards
Heath Town Council Newsletter
If you've ever read one of these before, then you're doing
better than most people.
It's more than likely that you have tossed away the newsletter
along with all the other leaflets and flyers that come bundled
with the Leader Newspaper.
Now, you'd think a newsletter from Haywards Heath town council
would actually inform you with whats going on in town, but
you'd be wrong. It's a ME ME ME ME ME publication from Mayor
Margaret Baker. There are 7 pictures in the newsletter, 5
of them feature her.
It's a folded A3 piece of paper with a design fresh out of
Microsoft Publisher 1995. It's embarassing, truely embarassing.
It wouldn't surprise me if Margaret Baker sits at home putting
it together herself. Clearly you need an ego to be a mayor,
and what better way to show this than by plastering yourself
thoughout the council's newsletter. |

| As
you can see from the images above, the layout and design is
very uninspiring. |

 |
Left:
Margaret
Baker is an expert at playing musical statues.
Right: Here's Margaret getting a young boy interested
in flower arranging. |
 |
 |
Left:
Margaret
displays the dance element of her musical statue prowess as
she dances with a man that she's not married to. This image
also shows off one of her evening dresses. Be jealous.
Right: Margaret shows off the mere £706.50 that
she raised for charity. I'm sure others in Haywards Heath
raise much more than that, but do they have their picture
published? Nooooo, because their name isn't Margaret Baker |
 |
|
| Here's
Margaret again, this time she's pictured holding a cup, she
probably won it for having the most pictures of a Mayor printed
in one edition of the newsletter. |
